About Us

Second Responders primary mission is to serve and equip the local champions (workers) who will be in central Florida responding to long after we are gone. Second Responders exists to serve and equip local champions—the workers who will continue responding to disaster recovery efforts in Central Florida long after we are gone. Our mission is not only to offer immediate aid and relief but also to ensure that local communities are empowered and sustained through the recovery process. We are here to help today, but our true goal is to leave behind a network of empowered local leaders who can continue serving their communities for a long time to come. We also help in the immediate aftermath to help rebuild etc.
