Logo needed for commercial real estate company

Big Boxes, Strip Centers, Shopping Centers, Regional Centers, Freestanding buildings,etc

Brand Name

Kamin Realty Co

Wants

A nice looking logo. The words "Kamin Realty Co." or "Kamin Realty Company" or just Kamin Realty should be used as the logo, next to the logo, or below the logo. Our colors are a specific shade of maroon + gold. White can be used and a little black is possible as well. I want something unique and very well done!

***ALSO*** Design should clearly have the lettering KAMIN (Kamin) and REALTY (Realty) clear and visible. We are not a well known company and so we want viewers who see the logo to know right away that we are a realty company and not any other kind of company!

Finally... when making a logo... understand that this is something that could potentially be put onto a business card, a website, a flyer, attached to an e-mail... etc. etc.... Some designs are better suited for these types of things.

GOOGLE STRIP CENTERS!!! That is what we want... no skyscrapers! Strip centers have a unified facade and some store fronts may have some awnings

Don't Wants

I don't want some stock image. Don't want something standard or that I could find that is a ripoff of a google image or something off deviant art. I don't want something too too edgy or egotistical (audacious). Something with a friendly vibe would work.

***our company is primarily shopping centers are strip centers! Not skyscrapers & hotels!*** logos that reflect this have a better chance.. I am open to all submissions. But logos showing a vertical building don't reflect us. I would rather have something that is unique and isn't even the outline of a building. And if you use a building, our props are more long than tall.

We are a private commercial real estate company active most of the U.S. states. We specialize in Shopping Centers, Strip Centers, Regional Centers & Freestanding Single Tenant Building. The nature of the copmany is to lease space we own to businesses (generally retail or lifestyle), maintain the centers, and to purchase new properties.
