About Us

We are a boutique fitness studio. Main focus is on beat based indoor cycling but we will also have personal training and small group boot camp classes. My target market is everyone! I do not want it to appeal to one certain age or gender. The name nomad comes from our strength and conditioning gym nomad Strength. This studio is in a different location but I would still like people to know we are affiliated. That facility is a garage gym environment with 2400 sq ft metal building. This studio will be all things that is not.
