About Us

EPS, LLC is a boutique financial consulting firm specializing in helping business owners plan for what is likely the single most important financial event of their lives, ownership transition. We direct an inter-disciplinary process for owners and their Advisory Team to explore planning options, map realistic exit strategies and develop an Action Checklist to accomplish the owner’s objectives. And in doing so maximize the proceeds an owner walks away with. Our work is outcome agnostic and relies heavily on a network of ancillary colleagues.
