Wants

My overall feeling that my websites present are - artistic, clean, light, minimalistic, zen feeling, sharp, design, uncluttered.
The feelings i would like to convey as a photographer are artistic, creative, diverse, professional, zen feeling, honest, compassionate.
I have had a few attempts myself but need the skill of a professional.

Whether the logo is a design using my whole name + photographer, or just my initials by themselves or both.

Maybe using my initials as a logo / badge accompanied with my name + photographer .
Maybe using my initials as a logo / badge accompanied with just my name.
I guess the colours if any are to suit the feel. happy with grey scale but open to suggestions.
Would like to use the final results on business cards etc

Don't Wants

clip art or design of cameras of any description, aperture blades through the lens etc.
Don't like the "luxury" look/feel and probably don't suit the ever so popular vintage look although I personally like it.

About Us

Hi, Im a photographer. I have 3 websites. I have broken the sites into 3 categories, wedding, corporate/freelance and fine art. www.alanmcdonaldweddings.com, www.alanmcdonald.com.au and www.amacimages.com.au. I hope the websites give you an idea of the market I'm trying to appeal to. The dilemma is its not a specific target audience such as wedding only so the logo will be used to help tie them together. I want to use the logo on all 3 websites, business cards etc.
