negative space rockstar merged with a house? something that signifies real estate rockstar. Open to ideas, that is what I see in my head, simple, modern logo getting a "CZ" somewhere in it would be cool (not imperative) want the logo itself to stand on its own with phrase "Real Estate Rockstars" next to it
