Wants

Colors: White Background, Black, Green, Yellow (Ensure to use same colors seen in Homelife Logo found in the resources). Colors should not clash with the Home life Logo

Fonts: Should not clash with the Homelife Logo, as all material (websites, business cards) will be required to also contain the Homelife Log.

Creativity:

Our target market are all buyers and sellers of real estate properties.

Feel free to be creative. We want to portray the image of safe commercial and residential property buying. Incorporate our title “The Real Realtors” in all designs - make this inclusion clean, and professional. Winning designs will be required to provide .psd and .png files of their final design.

However, keep in mind: all material (websites, business cards) will be required to also contain the Homelife Logo. So the design you produce should not clash with the HomeLife logo. In fact underneath your designs, please keep the HomeLife Logo for easy viewing. Please make the HomeLife logo a smaller one, with the text "A Subsidiary of" between the logos, as we are a subsidary of HomeLife Realty. Thank you
