Logo Contest

Title:

Organic Skin Care Logo

Subtitle

sexy and sultry; romantic and charming; feminine

Brand Name

I don't understand this question.

Wants

I want no more than two colors.

I want sexy and sultry; romantic and charming; feminine.  I’d like soft-pink to be the primary color. Brown –a natural, down-to-earth color, warm, honest, recyclable-earth-friendly, and healthy color.  To keep it from being to dull, I’d like pink to be the dominant or primary color.

I was looking at some color palettes and I think a pale pink and light brown work well together but I’m afraid it will not read clearly on labels.

I need the right colors so that people can quickly identify with my product.  Like “Virgin” or “Coca Cola”.I want the colors themselves to take on meaning.I will be using this label on 8oz jars and bottles so the print needs to be clear and concise.    I want simplicity.  I want nothing overly fancy.  I want it clean and simple. Marketing MaterialsI plan on using this logo design online, business cards, stationary black and white fax copies, t-shirts (for when I sponsor non profits) and maybe one day billboards!I want it developed in a way that can be easily transferable into other media. I want longevity.I want it to be able to adapt to change.I want its message to be respectful and politically correct.I want this logo to be timeless.Typeface should be considered.  I don’t want know if I want thick letters.  It should read:  GuiltlessGlow, Organic Skin Care by Iris. I’d like an image of a pinkish (or no color fill at all) “iris,” the flower to be included in the logo.  –take a look at Lancome and see how they use a rose print on their logo.  I’d like something similar but want to make sure the iris flower is clear, as opposed to a general flower. I picture my gift bags being entirely brown with a tiny pink bow on the top; not on the handles but more so somewhat glued on the top of the bag.  Like brown paper packages tied up with strings, from the song, “these are a few of my favorite things.” J Thank you for your time.

Don't Wants

Clutter.  Too much going on.  I don't want anything too difficult to figure out.

About Us

We promote healthy lifestyles, longevity and vitality.  In addition to being a strong advocate for animal rights, I am vegan.  I am also very feminine.  I’m a tree hugger trapped in Prada.  I’m a fan of Christian Louboutin’s shoes and wear 4.5+ inch heels as often as possible. I consider myself quite meticulous and never have a bad hair day.  I get manicures and pedicures weekly and routine spas.   I also buy completely organic and make my own personal juices and salad dressings.  I am very independent and business savvy, yet old fashion when it comes to life.  I have a vision of what my future life will be like and it includes a lot of children, both biological and adopted, lots of dogs, at least two. J  I’ve been a CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care for the past several years and have recently started a non profit to help emancipated youth reach independence.  Though it may be hard to believe, I prefer simplicity.

I’d like to somehow incorporate some of me in my logo.  I have put my heart and soul into this.  How I got started is really a long story and won’t bore you with it, but I do want my customers to know that every minor detail has been considered and pondered and that there’s a lot of passion and love behind this creation.
