I like calm & zen things, yet my personality is fun & lively & super high energy.  

 

I kind of have this image of something special inside of a person--something that is already there, but needs to be discovered.

 

I like the idea of visualizing 'inner peace' somehow--but yet somehow telling the story that there's been a journey and weight shedded along the way.

About Us

I've lost almost 100 lbs.  I have a blog where I detail my journey & I tell other people's stories of losing 100+ lbs.  I also do wellness coaching, speaking engagements, guest writing, etc.
