Temple Properties

Wants

Colorful, clean, sleek, and eye catching.
Needs to reflect the rental interior: quality
The wording needs to be visible from far away, as it will be hanging from signs on each of our properties.

We would like images of duplexes in the logo- no highrises or "home" looking imagery- the properties are 3 story duplexes, so we would like it to resemble that.

About Us

We are a student housing rental company in Philadelphia, PA at Temple University. We have 22 units and rent them to to undergraduates ages 18-24. Our properties are built brand new and and high quality. They contain granite counter-tops, spiral stair cases, rooftop decks, and come with flat screen TV's and surround sound. We are not affiliated with Temple Properties, but we rent to their students who live off campus. The rental properties are duplexes. Does not have to include imagery from Temple University, but all ideas are welcome
