very sleek/modern (vibrant not dark) vector graphic application icon for an Android and iOS app. A bit of background on the app: The app has the ability to "geotag" pictures which are taken using your DSLR camera. Useful for cameras which lack GPS functionality (or costs $100 as an add-on). Geotagging is done by recording your "route". Routes can be played back in the app - also serves the purpose of being able to re-trace your steps or post interesting routes to facebook.

cheesy, or too colorful. Text in the icon (won't be readable at different resolutions)
