Wants

An elegant, professional design for a commercial real estate company. We are located in Alaska, but work with national clients as well. Name is Commercial Real Estate Alaska. Colors that are attractive, that will be used for exterior signage as well, besides letterhead, website and business cards. Logo design to be simple enough so as to be able to see it while driving and also easy to read on a business card - without having too much to detail so that a client does not have to stare to long to see what the logo is when it is small. Would like to see buildings-skyline with jagged mountains (not hills) behind. Anchorage Alaska has the ocean on one side and rugged mountains on the other side.

Don't Wants

They colors/logo will need be simple enough to be noticeable from a distance (sign on building for cars driving by), but not something that that is obscene like fire engine yellow or heavily contrasted like red and black. No residential house designs in logo please.
