I want it to look nice, crisp, and modern. The colors I would like to include are a lime-ish green color with a light charcoal gray background of some sort.

Don't Wants

I'm not sure about adding an actual maintenance theme, because eventually I would like to expand services; you may be able to change my mind if you do something really good with brooms and mops etc.
