A logo that looks cool. Something you could put on clothing, car, billboard, etc. If possible a logo that says all! Really I won't know it until I see it. Something very professional and high end. Something to help my business grow! A million dollar design on a shoestring budget. Maybe integrate some people working on the buildings. Like painters, window washer, peer washer, roofer, so on. Again to everyone. Feel free to do ANYTHING. Even if it ha nothing to do with construction or maintenance. Try anything. Something from the future. Something that people say...wow that is awesome. Even if it is just great art.

Don't Wants

Abstract art. If I look at the logo and I have no clue what the business is then I will not be interested. No rainbows or cartoon characters. We currently do not conduct business with residential customers. With that said who knows we might at a later date. So for the time being no pictures of houses.

About Us

The Property Detailers is a facility or property maintenance company. We can do anything construction or maintenance related. Really there is nothing we can't do. What I want to focus on is everyday/weekly/monthly/annual exterior cleaning, painting, window washing, roof preventative maintenance. Please keep in mind we are NOT a janitorial company. We are closer to a General Contractor (electrical, hvac, painting, building). Our company repairs wear and tear that is caused by customers, employees, or anything! I hope this helps.
