I want designs for a business card, letterhead and envelope. The design should have a professional look. My name on the business card and letterhead is as important as my logo as most people know me by my personal name and not my business name or logo. Please keep in mind I am a doctor and not a yogurt shop. For the business card, the back should be left blank. Also, the envelopes and letterhead will be printed on in-house laser printer. Please keep that in mind with your design.

About Us

My practice is located in Woodland Hills, CA in the Los Angeles area. I consult with patients locally, nationally and internationally using advanced nutritional therapies to help patients who suffer from autoimmune disorders, chronic illness, vaccine damage and other immunological challenges. Areas of specialized expertise include, but are not limited to, functional blood chemistry analysis, functional endocrinology with emphasis on thyroid conditions, neurotransmitter and brain health, and immune dysfunction. I lecture around the united states to other healthcare practitioners. I teach them the principles of functional medicine and advanced diagnostic skills. I am adamant that it’s not just a patient’s symptoms that need to be addressed, but the underlying cause of those symptoms. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, my Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree graduating cum laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles. I am a Fellow of the American Association of Integrative Medicine, a Diplomate of the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition, a Diplomate of the College of Clinical Nutrition, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist by the Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists.
