About Us

I am a pediatric physical therapist (16 years experience) and am transitioning from one-on-one PT Therapy because after extensive feedback from my patients' parents I have found that there is a demand for a unique kids fitness program (ages 3 and up) that is designed to adapt to all children's needs while having fun at the same time. Children will be exposed to socialization through teamwork while building muscle strength/endurance, agility, eye-hand/foot coordination, and balance. In utilizing my experience and love for children, this niche program will flourish.
