Business Logo for Commercial Property Services
Company name logo to be used on website and on company t-shirts
I am looking for a company logo for "Commercial Property Services". I like retro style t-shirts. I like a retro style print, something that I can have large on the front of the shirt that takes up the front of the shirt. Something that says "Commercial Property Services" and that has some vintage or retro style colors in it. I like old labels like "Schlitz Beer" labels, but I also like the North Face and logo. Patagonia also makes some t-shirts that have a vintage look to them that I like. There are some t-shirts that Moosejaw sells that have a pretty plain design yet they look cool. They have that faded look. I posted a picture of an example of a t-shirt that I like, however, I don't want you to try and exactly copy that shirt! You can also check the Jeremiah Weed logo/label because I like that look as well. Vintage logo / vintage t-shirt is what I am looking for.
The shirt could also just have some phrases on it. Off the top of my head, I thought of an example: the top of the shirt has a small cartoonish type bird / or colored silhouette / or shadow of a bird, then below that it could read "fear the bird". Then, below that there could be a multi colored / tye-dyed splat mark, then below that say "Commercial Property Services".
Someone can work with this idea and have some fun with it, be creative! I am also open to any other catchy ideas where people are going to see the shirt with the logo and think it's funny and will remember us. Also, my employees are going to wear these and they are young 20 year old guys, so they need to look kind of retro-cool-hip. Something they won't mind wearing! This does not need to be super conservative or super corporate. This is a blue collar company / job so we are a little more relaxed with all this.

I don't want a guy doing high rise work, windows, or buildings.
I own a high rise window cleaning company. We do window cleaning on commercial properties/buildings.
