Wants

Need a logo for a new lifestyle company. The name is lifexpoint.com which stands for "Life Exclamation Point". We are a lifestyle company which teaches families how to live a life of purpose and excitement versus boredom, the logo should reflect this excitement while still being VERY readable/easily recognizable. Clean & simple design.

The Logo we are looking for should be focused on the the exclamation point. We would like to see designs which are an exclamation point with the word "life" inside of it. 2D & 3D designs should be considered. One possibility I see, is a 3D exclamation point with the word LIFE "chiseled" in. Might even be an exclamation point made out of 3D letters creating the word LIFE. These are just possibilities to consider though, your creative ideas should be included as well.

The exclamation point needs to be able to stand alone as the logo (again, with the word "life" inside). The website address, lifexpoint.com should be included too, but may not be used at all times, hence the need for the exclamation point to stand on it's own. The exclamation point will become the brand, so the logo needs to represent that. Similar to the Nike swoosh.

I need the logo prepared as a FULLY editable vector, saved in Illustrator CS4 format. This way I can remove the web address, change colors, etc. Please include any fonts used for continuity purposes, making sure they are authorized for commercial use.

The logo will be used on web, video, print and promotional products. While the logo may contain 2 to 3 colors, It does need to support a 1 color format for T-Shirt designs. T-Shirts will be a Primary use for this logo. Therefore, the logo needs to print well in 1 color on a silk screen.

Don't Wants

Messy, confusing, "full color" designs.

For the exclamation point to be an "afterthought" in the design. This logo will be more of a true graphical logo versus words.

Designs that won't print well in 1 color on a silkscreen.

Colors

1.	#ff6600	This color will be the primary color, but we will change it to hot pink (ladies), blue (men), and purple (children) for different members of the family.
2.	No Color Specified	grey, white and black should be used as accent/secondary colors.
3:	No Color Specified	For T-shirt designs, the logo will be white and printed on different colored shirts.
