I need a logo, letterhead, and envelope package for an organization called "New City Life Foundation" and very similar logo, letterhead, and envelope package for one of the organization's major projects "New City Schools". The organization is a group of churches committed to social justice in inner-city Los Angeles. Although that is the case, the logo cannot have anything expressly religious about it but is should be symbolic of the greater mission of the founding organization without being tied to a specific faith tradition. New City Schools is New City Life Foundation's group of K-12 schools committed to high academic achievement and service to the greater community.

We want something professional yet strident. Clear and distinguishable amid all the media and clutter of Los Angeles.

To clarify, I need a logo, letterhead, and envelope package for "New City Life Foundation" and "New City Schools". They should be virtually the same with the exception of the word "Life Foundation" and "Schools".

The overriding concept is "New City".

Don't Wants

I don't want any crosses or images of churches. This organization and its schools must raise money among relatively conservative circles and be considered a legitimate, non-religious enterprise at the local and national level.
