See attach sample of a Frog in Hot Water.  I need a complete header file with a similar type design. (not copied from someone else). The idea to be conveyed comes from a saying "If you put a frog in hot water he will jump out. But if you put a frog in cold water and gradually heat up the water, he will boil to death. I want to convey the idea that as citizens of the US we are in water that is being gradually heated up and we are being boiled to death with lies in every aspect of our lives  -- Political, Ecomonical, Financial, Spiritual and Moraly.
