Wants

Currently CMAC is launching a referral program where modification specialists help home owners in trouble with the paper work  and form submission and they receive a small commission fee.  Modification specialists can be any person but is usually real estate owners.

We want the page to emphasize that CMAC helps homeowners with financial trouble but it can also help modification specialists make money by helping owners.  The colors and layout can stay the same, we just need to get the message accross a little better. "Lenders" should not be mentioned (middle section should be removed), and Agents should be referred as Modification specialists.

Don't Wants

I dont want any emphasis on lenders.  I think the houses on top next to the CMAC logo take too much space and provide no value to the design.
