Logo Contest

Title:

Engineering for Neurologic Rehabilitation (ENR)

Subtitle

Logo for non-profit center that funds research studies

Wants

Clean, simple, striking logo design for branding, document templates, etc.

Designs should be in a common, scalable, editable, vector-based format, preferably Illustrator or Inkscape SVG. White background. Solid colors or minimal use of gradients. Should translate visually when presented in black and white.

It would be nice to incorporate a subtle interplay of neurologic science with engineering and robotics, but this may be impractical, as the design should be uncluttered. Avoid depictions of actual neurons—think more along the lines of melding a human hand and bionic prosthesis (this is an example, not a desired feature).

Busy designs or a design that loses fidelity when scaled down to a business card.

About Us

This research center focuses on the application of engineering and robotic techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of neurologic disorders in animal and human models. The ENR program seeks to build on expertise in neuroscience and engineering which is concentrated in the research laboratories of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) and its affiliate, Northwestern University (NU). Supports young investigators by funding their pilot studies and collaborative studies in the field of neuro-engineering.
