Feedback is necessary in order to ensure that all of the designers have a good idea of what you are looking for. Your feedback provides them direction and helps you get a better design. Contest holders have to provide feedback to every designer who participates in their contest.

A Prize is your budget for this particular contest. It is the final amount you are willing to pay the winning designer at the conclusion of the contest. There are minimum prizes for each contest category, but remember; the bigger the prize amount, the more designs you will likely get and of a better quality.

A design brief is a description of what you want your design to look like, or simply put – your vision. We know you are not a designer, but it is your idea so we need a roadmap to create the perfect design for you. Designers look to the brief to guide them towards creating your final product and making the contest a complete success.

The longer and more descriptive the design brief is, the better the process will go for you and the designers. The more information you can provided them, the better an idea they have to help them create the best design for you. If you need help, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. You can edit your already running contest at any time. Once your contest has a design entry you will not be able to lower your prize amount, but you can increase it in order to improve your results. You can make changes in the “My Account” portion of your profile.

This is an important choice. There are minimums for each contest that will give you a starting point. However, the higher the prize the generally the more successful the contest will be and higher amount of individual designs you will receive. See what other contest holders are offering and their results and base your amount on what you see is working best. Or simply offer the amount that you have set as your budget for the project. You can always increase the amount after the contest begins.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and American Express. Your account will be charged when you start the contest. Once you have chosen a winning design and are ready to receive the exclusive copy rights to your design and receive the file in the format of your choice, you can click on the “Sign-Off” button in your Account Drop Box (See this video link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PLi5tBBQ7Y). Logobids will credit the winning designers Logobids Account for the appropriate amount. Thats it, you’re done!

There are 2 ways you can do this: On each contest page there is a star rating system that allows you to rate how much you like the design they created for you by rating it from one to five stars. You can also leave a comment in the feedback field of the contest. Remember, it is required to give feedback and it will drastically improve your contest results.

If a contest is not awarded within 14 days of the contest ending, the prize money will be used to sponsor one of our charity/non-profit design contest. The contest will be private and only the designers in the original (non-awarded) contest will be able to participate. We believe that if our designers put in hard work to create designs for the original abandoned contest, they should get an exclusive chance to earn the sought after prize.
