Wants

Something that's simple, identifiable and professional looking. Something that's clean and discernible.

Please model the logo around "Lila Yolandi" (the name of the company). Please use high quality looking, clean fonts. Nothing fancy, but nothing spartan either. I'm thinking that the name surrounded by a border or with some type of edge might look nice. Keep in mind, this logo will usually be used as a secondary logo, and so it should reflect that.

Maybe play around with subtle/clever tweaks to certain letters that make the design more appealing than just the bordered/sealed in name.

Please experiment with dark blues or very dark purples. Professionalism is key here; uniqueness is great of course, but this needs to look like something a major company would print on their products.

The price point is set at $150 for two reasons -

This is a start up company with a limited budget
While I'm asking for a high level of polish and professionalism, I'm not looking for something that is mind-blowingly creative or out of this world

Don't Wants

While I'm open to different ideas, I don't want anything that uses clip art or images. Please keep in mind that this is a professional skin care company that will be launching various product lines, and so this particular logo shouldn't overwhelm the logos of those lines.

Very bright colors are discouraged.

Entries with very little effort put into them.

Please also keep in mind that there is a difference between simplicity and laziness or just typing the company name in a certain font.

About Us

Lila Yolandi is a new skin care company founded this year. It is currently working on launching a skin care line, available for purchase in the near future.
