If chosen changes could be made to design and colour
acupuncture needle in the yin-yang globe
maybe the logo could be a stethoscope that has been turned into a machine.

Thanks for the entries! I would like to see a design with the man holding the globe, as in #6, and the man having some elements of anatomy visible, like in the artwork, of Alex Grey (www.alexgrey.com). I don't like the yellow border in #6, but i do like the layout. I like the globe and the font of #8, I like the see through/transparent/layering effect of #8, very nice!

Mine is pretty simplistic, I wanted it to look more modern. I didn't quite use the hues you wanted but I did go with blue and purple. Hope you like it. Any feedback would be great.

I changed the design brief to make it a very simple logo with some interesting geometric shapes and interesting font instead of the complex and cluttered designs that came from my original ideas.

i am liking the design along the lines of #36, can anyone else do something different to compare, but still simple, not using globe, snake or yinyang, only simple geometric patterns, and incorporating the letters nmw for new world medicine into the logo, but also with the 3 words below, thanks

So, CBasrally, are you saying you need to resort to tracing clip art, you have no artistic tallent? I suggest you back off and stop harassing me. Don't use clip art and you won't be reported for using it. Your use of clip art will make it impossible for the CH to copyright the design or trademark it. It's that simple.
hahaha no artistic talent?....hmmm contests won: ME - 4 YOU - 0. None of those contests I won use clipart. And you're the one harassing everyone here. Nobody likes you on here. Concentrate on your own work instead of others. If you are reporting to logobids everyday about clipart...they are probably getting tired of you complaining all the time. If you haven't read logobids latest blog, they give a choice now to contest holders. They have a preference if they want clipart or not. It's not your right to say so....it's the contest holder. The bad attitude you have with all the contest holders is what will keep you from winning. Good luck with the tactics you use now cause they aren't serving you well....
In CBasrally's defense, and I have checked this in the past...for a small fee you can call the stock photo website and have them take it down so that no one else can use it in the future, not that hard. Really, nothing is ORIGINAL, everything is copied in some way. But I also agree, it is nice to have a unique logo that has not been seen before. :) Just my 2 cents.

mmuselli, my work is all my own designs and art work and it is original, so don't say nothing is original anymore. (Except for the font, or course, and that I will sometimes customize.) I have sold many logos, patches and posters, and have done web sites, just because I haven't won anything here only means I don't do a lot of contests here, because I have a busy life. I am a published poet and currently in the process of doing a cook book. But CBasrally has been known to use clip art and other designers also have expressed to me that CBasrally has stolen their concepts, and even a few of mine. The bottom line is still using clip art will not allow the CH to copyright or trademark it because it will show up somewhere else. This contest has many overused designs as it is. My style is simple. Look at all the big name logos, they all have one thing in common, it's simplicity.

Whispering-You don't have to explain yourself, I get it, I'm busy too. I was just stating a fact at something that I looked up in the past about clipart. The client can trademark it, if they want to so no one else can use it in the future. Everyone steals ideas on here, its unfortunate, that is why I left here for a while, was getting frustrated. But if you look at the whole, it is a compliment to you because you have good ideas and they want to copy it!

Hi designer community.On 14 january my design was awarded on the Bridges Over Borders contest and the next days i sent the final files to the contest holder.The problem is,i don't received the payments for this contest.
I wrote a lot of mail's to logobids support ,but they no answered to my mail's.:( So,i don't received the payment for my design. Be.....
here is an idea, feedback welcome.
Look at two messages of the contest holder what sent me: First:" I called the number on the website and of course-- no one answered, so I left a message. This is ridiculous. Do you know other designers who have worked with this service? I am concerned." Second: "I sent another note. Have you notified them directly also? I would like to make certain you are paid. Please let me know.
