Good start to the contest! The tree in #2 is a little too dominant and the color is too light, but a nice idea. The simplicity of #1 is nice, but it is almost too simple and misses the idea of construction. Perhaps Katann you can merge your 2 ideas (#1 and #3) and have the tree coming out of the house/box?? The lettering on #1 is nice and crisp whereas in #3 it is a lot harder to read and less clear.

Keep up the great effort as we're keeping a close eye on this contest!!

The concept of #7 is pretty good. It would be nice to see it with some smaller lettering and a slightly larger box. Some font modifications would be of interest as well.

For fonts I would say more professional. A little more crisp and cleaner than the current one.

Like your concept Richard. Would really like to see a few all green examples too.

There should be no period (.) after the LLC in the lettering.

Concept #16 is a nice twist too, but the Development Group, LLC lettering should be larger.

#8 would look better with the box next to the N on the top row (with the box being a little larger than the lettering).

14 feels a little better than 17 right now.

Bottom of #18 looks good. Try some alternative green color combinations in the image. You can also play with the letter colors as well. Thicker letters would be ok too. We're not opposed to letter effects either.

Would like to see some play on 15 and 10/11. The blue is getting some love from others in the office.

Nice entry for #19. Would like to see a larger image so the detail can be viewed. The right side initially looks a little more promising than the left.

Richard be sure to lose the period after the LLC

For the idea of 20 we would like to see the words Development Group a little more pronounced. A little larger. Maybe across the entire bottom.

The second from top and the very bottom box logos in 22 are good. The lettering in all of 22 needs a fresh start.

dealex your first submission was superior to the latest (#26). Not really feeling the mirrored E.

An interesting and fresh approach though....

24 is good but the leaf still doesn't feel right.

Dealex the new concept is good but feels a little too feminine for our construction company. It is encouraged to go after new concepts though!!

Katann your latest fonts were not an improvement.

Green and Blue colors are getting a lot of love around the office. We would all really like to see #19 a lot larger to see it more clearly.

The office is a buzz about the logo design contest! The entries are terrific and we're really excited to see where it is headed!

Richard, your new concept is better but the font feels wrong....almost too childish.

For fonts in general we would like a solid, firm, professional feel. Our background is construction.

33 is a nice new concept too....interesting.

38 is nice and well liked in the office. We would like to see some color modifications though, the green isn't right yet.

29 would be improved if it looked more commercial as well. If the roof is flat perhaps, as an unfinished building look or something. We really like the NG idea and would like to see a little more commercial variation on the theme.

Manzdesign...we like the simplicity of 53. You have mis-spelled the word DEVELOPMENT (there is no e after the P).

It would be improved if you could modify the font used in the name of the company (and perhaps the weight of the lines).

I don't think there is one specific green color that we are after, it depends on how you use all of the colors together.

Some green really looks good on a black background too. We could see some of these going really well on black shirts and hats.

We do like the green color in #45 that is in the word NEW - especially on the black.

Thanks for the new submissions. The NG logo in 65 is looking nice, but right now the design in 64 is leading the pack.
