I have updated the original design brief to be more detailed. I think the orange version is heading in the right direction. We have removed the 'Pro' and would like to emphasize the 203K.

Hi designer community.On 14 january my design was awarded on the Bridges Over Borders contest and the next days i sent the final files to the contest holder.The problem is,i don't received the payments for this contest.
I wrote a lot of mail's to logobids support ,but they no answered to my mail's.:( So,i don't received the payment for my design. Be.....
Look at two messages of the contest holder what sent me: First:" I called the number on the website and of course-- no one answered, so I left a message. This is ridiculous. Do you know other designers who have worked with this service? I am concerned." Second: "I sent another note. Have you notified them directly also? I would like to make certain you are paid. Please let me know.

I like the orange logo in #7. Can you please remove the word Construction? I really like the outline of the house in the K. I would like to see maybe how it looks with a different font for the word Easy. #6 is also nice but would prefer it with different colors (orange and green, maybe)? And would like the 203K to be in a non-cursive font, to make it more businesslike.

I think you are heading in the right direction with #14. Perhaps try a variation with 'Easy' to the left. I also like #3. With #5, I think we are going for a stronger, more uniform 203K. I also think #18 is heading in the right direction, perhaps a darker blue or gray/black. I don't think we are looking for styles like 8,10,11,12. I think we are sticking with 'Easy' as apposed to "EZ'. I like the larger design in 17, but I'm not sure if the tape measure is easily recognizable. Thanks everyone! Hi All,
In general I like the easy across the top of 203K, or on an angle on the top. I'm not into the vertical/reversed lettering, or the gold/lighter blue colors. I changed the design to reflect this. Sorry about all the changes.
CBasrally, I still like 14 the best(house in the K, colors). Probably like this one the most so far. Perhaps another variation.
badfairy, I like 18 the best, perhaps change the font of easy to more like 30, the colors to orange/green. Also, try adding the house in 32. and please change the '205' to '203'
CybermindDesign, I like the concept of the house being improved in 20, try varying it. I also think the overall style is a little too plain.
DWC1104, I like the larger version in 22, perhaps another variation.
mmusilli, please remove 'understated', I like the designs in 35 better, but not the $ in place of the zero, or the vertical easy.

CBasrally, I like 14 the best of those designs. 36 looks good but try different colors. I also like 37, 38 but not the hand, perhaps windows,etc.
Some color choices
tried to add the home improvement aspect of #20 into the more recent design submissions, let me know what you think...colors are completely adjustable
if there are too many dollar/plus signs i can remove all or a few to clean it up...added a dollar sign to the house, and made the "0" with arrows bigger and house smaller
darker blue behind 203K and no plus/dollar signs above logo, but faded into background above the house

At this point here are my favorite logos: 14, 50(large), 55, 56, 59(top), 60.
Logos 14, 60 are examples of the colors I like the most. They give me a construction/loan feeling. Also I like the improvement/rehab/money concept from #50 and 56(especially). It adds the concept of cash gained to rehabilitate a home, and I think this adds a lot to the logo.
Going forward,
14 could add the rehab/money concept. Perhaps some green...
50, I really like the house, plus signs, and arrows. I prefer the e in easy to be capitolized. I'm not into red and blue for this logo, perhaps using orange instead. I prefer the 203k font in 14, 60. Also, the white around the 203K feels sports like, and prefer more of a corporate feel for the 203K portion like in 14, 60.
55, I like the house, but not the conceptual approach with the hammer.. Also, please change the blue, perhaps to gray.
56, I like the concept, but I don't like the vertical lettering. Perhaps moving the easy on top, but keeping it small and off to the left.
59,60, i like the vertical logo in 59, but you could add the rehab/money concept.

I like these logos the best: 14, 50, 55, 67, 70, 71
CBasrally, 65 looks pretty good, but I don't like the $ in the O. The green arrows look good with the gray 'easy', perhaps something different inside of the arrows.
badfairy, thanks for changing the colors, but they are too light. Perhaps more of a burnt orange, and darker green.
TheProjectiveGroup, the rotating houses in 67 looks very good.
DWC1104, I like 70 (top) the best, perhaps try easy in more of an orange color, and I like the darker green in 72 for the 203K
Othman32, 70 is a good start. try adding the rehab/money concept (see my previous post)

At this point my favorite logos are: 73, 79, 77
TheProjectiveGroup, 73 looks very good, can you make the stars on the green arrow a little bigger, and perhaps a version with the 203K slightly higher and overlapping the house.
CBasrally, I like 77 better, not sure what to suggest
DWC1104, I like 79 (green) better. Can you add some orange to the green design? perhaps change the easy to orange
CybermindDesign, I still like the house/stars and arrows in 50 best. Out of the newer designs I like 85 better, can you change it to have the house/stars/arrows from 50?

99, 102, 103 are pretty much what we are looking for.
TheProjectiveGroup, I like the stars, please add the stars to 73 without changing anything else. Also, on 102, can I see a version with the 203K back down where it was on 73?
